Damages & lost packages
Unfortunately I have no control over how a package is handled after it is shipped. This is why I cannot offer full refunds for damaged or lost items. If your address was typed incorrectly I am not responsible.

If your order hasn't arrived, but your tracking says delivered, please send me an email with your order number so I can contact the delivery company to locate your order.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order any time until your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. After canceling your order you will get a full refund, this may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
Refund policy
If your order was received in good condition I cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If the wrong item was send or an item is missing from your order, please email me at creativebyshea@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the package so we can solve the issue.
