When will my order be shipped?The usual processing time is 6 to 7 business days. I ship out orders every Saturday. Please be aware that I am a full-time college student and processing time can take a little longer during exams.

My order never arrived, can you refund or replace it?If your order has not arrived more than three weeks after purchase, please email me at creativebyshea@gmail.com with your order number so I can help you out.

Where is my tracking number?You will receive and email with your tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Can I change my address after ordering?If your order has not been shipped yet (you receive an email after your order has been shipped) please email me at creativebyshea@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order has already been shipped, there is nothing I can do, sorry!
